Washington is expected to announce new tariffs on $200 billion worth of Chinese imports this week. China may reject new trade talks if the US imposes more tariffs, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday. The report quoted one senior Chinese official saying the country would not negotiate “with a gun pointed to its head.”
