1-Số liệu từ Tổng cục Thống kê cho biết, ước tính năm 2013 có khoảng 60.737 doanh nghiệp khó khăn phải giải thể hoặc ngừng hoạt động, tăng 12% so với năm trước.
2-Phần lớn trong số này là chọn cách chết "im lặng" khi có tới 40.116 doanh nghiệp ngừng hoạt động nhưng không đăng ký.
